Why choose SSI?

24 hour Monitoring Centre

With a highly trained staff monitoring and responding around the clock from SSI’s 24 hour in-house monitoring centre, your home’s or office’s safety is assured. In addition, a fully operational back-up system is at the ready to ensure seamless service. 24 hour coverage means that you can rest easy knowing that your home or office will be safe no matter what the emergency.

Highly Trained Personnel

SSI monitoring dispatchers are all trained in SIMS: the leading data systems and monitoring software in the security industry. Our factory trained technical staff are not only certified to the highest level (certifications include GE and NAPCO), but have also been indoctrinated into the SSI approach: reliable service from installation to maintenance and ongoing customer care.

Quick Response

With an SSI alarm system, any intrusion will result in the activation of a piercing alarm simultaneously sent to our monitoring centre where our experienced, well trained staff will immediately inform the appropriate authorities. Smoke/heat and carbon monoxide detectors are also linked to our monitoring centre. If smoke, unusually high temperatures or dangerous carbon monoxide levels are detected, SSI’s monitoring staff would immediately call the appropriate emergency agencies as well as contacting you.

Easy to Use

Simple off/on, home and away activation and deactivation buttons make SSI’s alarm systems easy to use. A one-touch emergency button for fire, medical or police mean that these agencies can be notified immediately. Home security that you don’t need a thick manual or a degree to operate!

Recognition

SSI has received regional recognition for its development, writing and implementation of Security Standards for First Caribbean International Bank. Following this accomplishment, SSI was asked to create Scotia Bank’s Security Standards at the main branch in New Providence. SSI is an active member of international organisations SIA (Security International Association); ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security) International; and NBFAA (National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association).
