Video & Alarm Monitoring

SSI’s 24 hour monitoring centre is fully outfitted to communicate via three separate methods: telephone; wireless radio; and internet. Trained dispatchers provide surveillance and respond to the client based on a previously agreed upon contingency plan. Remote arming if a customer has forgotten to turn the system on; on-line responses to system problems; and log reports detailing alarm activity are some of the other monitoring services offered by SSI to its valued customers. A monitoring package can be supplied upon the customer’s request.
